Client Synopsis

Our account managing department works specifically for your needs, constantly updating our growing database of candidates to seek out your ideal employee.  We have the resources to search nationwide, allowing us to find your candidates in the unlikely places that local marketing simply cannot reach.  Working hand in hand with the recruiters, account management makes sure that every urgent need is being considered, and that every candidate sourced is screened two-fold to ensure success.  Available 24-hours, we offer our services for assistance with any unforeseen incidents, regarding interviews, candidates, scheduling changes, travel, relocation, or any other of the many unexpected situations.  We are there throughout the hiring process, working for the benefit of your facility, in the capacity of consultant and recruiter and representing your needs with professionalism tested by years of experience and success.      

We work on locating candidates for the following positions, including lead, management and director levels:

• Rehabilitation- PT, OT, PTA, COTA, Athletic Trainer

• Respiratory- RRT, CRT, Polysomnographer/sleep lab

• Laboratory- MT, MLT in all areas (general lab, micro, Blood bank, pathology, etc)

• Radiology- general X-ray, MRI, CT, mammography, multi-modality, nuclear medicine, Ultrasound (including general ultrasound, vascular and echocardiography), cath lab

• Pharmacy- staff pharmacist, retail pharmacist, clinical pharmacist

• Radiation Therapy- Radiation therapist

• RN- all specialties: ICU, CCU, NICU, Med/surg, telemetry, PICU, ER etc

• Case Managers

• Physician Assistants/Nurse Practitioners

• CRNA
